Returns and Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty on arrival. Claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt.
All items returned must be in as new condition and unused, in original packaging. We will be unable to accept returns unless these conditions are met.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We will however forward replacement items to you free of charge.
Refunds do not include original shipping and handling charges.
Baby Grow Safe will not be held responsible for any damage to a purchased product resulting from improper use or handling. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions for correct handling and use of your item.
