Tapwater can contain a cocktail of Cysts, Viruses, Bacteria, Metals, Salts and Chemicals.  The Aquifer System 6 underbench system has the ability to remove all these and more, plus the added benefit of alkaline water.  You won't believe the difference this system will make to your drinking water, beverages, cooking and baby formulas.  Especially suited to low sodium diets.  The unit comes with 6 state of the art filter cartridges and features a low waste water design.  It is designed to connect to a potable water source such as town supplied mains water.  If you want flouride free alkaline water, this is it.

All Aquifer products include "Leach Safe" technology as standard. There is simply no point in filtering out contaminents when the filter may leach its own contaminents back into the water. Aquifer products are manufactured using safe plastics which are BPA-free and guaranteed not to leach toxic chemicals back into the water like other systems are known to do.  The System 6 comes with six long life cartidges and is supplied with a deluxe faucet and all necessary installation hardware as standard.

The pre-sediment filter is a MICROPOL 5, 5 micron spun polypropylene cartridge.
The second cartridge is a CHLORIMAX coconut granulated activated carbon unit.
The third cartridge is a CHEMSORB 5 micron activated coconut extruded carbon block.
The fourth unit is a Dow filmtech reverse osmosis cartridge supplying up to 400 litres per day.
The fifth cartridge is a CHLORIMAX in-line cartridge with activated coconut carbon to help bring the pH of the water back into balance.
The water is then finally passed through an Alkaline+ cartridge containing an advanced 0.5 micron silver nano bamboo sintered carbon cartidge with a mineral ball outer shell, replacing vital minerals lost in the advanced filtration process, further alkalising the water.

This unit is designed for filtration systems where there is a risk of bacterial, viral, chemical or heavy metal contamination.  The resulting water is purified down to the atomic level and is sweet tasting.

Purification is including but not limited to bacteria such as cryptosporidium, giardia etc, parasites, algae, fungi, toxic metals, chlorine, VOC's, bad tastes, odor, sand, rust and suspended solids, chemicals, heavy metals etc.
