Measurement gradings are stamped into the stainless steel body construction, hence can be read from both the outside or by peering into the bottle easily.

How do I warm the milk up in it?
Like glass, stainless steel bottles can very quickly and easily be warmed by regular bottle warmer, or by standing in a pan of hot water for a few minutes. As a bonus, stainless steel is highly conductive; hence the metal body will give a reasonably accurate temperature gauge of the contents of the liquid inside.
